Public indicative LKR fixed-deposit interest rates (maturity strip) from major Sri Lankan banks.

Methodology

Timed fetches via `bank-deposit-rates.ts` of public bank FD JSON: Commercial (`combank.lk/api/interest-rates-fd`), Sampath (`sampath.lk/api/rates-and-charges/external` FDNOR maturity+monthly for 3/6/12/24/36/60M), Seylan (`GET seylan.lk/get-fd-data` — JSON body despite text/html), HNB Venus (`get_interest_rates_contents` Fixed Deposits Interest Rates maturity rows). Comparison matrix prefers maturity at common tenors. Per-bank seed when that bank fails; board isSeed only when all fail. LankawaBot UA + short timeouts.
