Overview

Public indicative USD→LKR telegraphic-transfer style buy/sell bands from major Sri Lankan banks.

Methodology

Timed fetches via `remittance-banks.ts` of public bank FX surfaces: Commercial (`combank.lk/api/exchange-rates` TT columns), HNB (`venus.hnb.lk/api/get_exchange_rates_contents_web`), Seylan (`seylan.lk/api/exchange-rates-get-value/USD`), Sampath (`sampath.lk/api/exchange-rates` TTBUY/TTSEL), plus HTML scrape for People's (`peoplesbank.lk/exchange-rates/` TT columns), NDB (`ndbbank.com/rates/exchange-rates` TT columns), NSB (`nsb.lk/rates-tarriffs/nsb-exchange-rates/` TT columns), BOC (`boc.lk/rates-tariff` Telegraphic/PFCA/BFCA columns — POST `/api/exchange-rates` still 500, not wired), and DFCC (`dfcc.lk/rates-and-tariff/exchange-rates` TT Buying / DD·TT Selling). Per-bank isSeed when that bank fails; board isSeed only when all banks fail (full seed). LankawaBot UA + short timeouts.
