Overview

Overnight Policy Rate (OPR) with SDFR/SLFR corridor and Statutory Reserve Ratio (SRR).

Methodology

OPR (+ SRR when present) scraped from the public CBSL plrates.php board. That endpoint intermittently returns HTTP 500 with a still-usable HTML body — Lankawa parses the body when OPR is present and retries once. SDFR/SLFR are usually absent from the board and come from a curated tip of historical_policy_interest_rates.xlsx (effective 26.05.2026). From 27 Nov 2024 CBSL uses a single OPR; SDFR/SLFR are corridor only, not primary instruments. Full seed fallback when the board fails. See docs/CBSL_RATES_API_DEEP_DIVE.md.
