Geo demand-management cluster summaries (groups A–Y) with customer counts from CEB Care.
Methodology
Server-side fetch via `demand-mgmt-clusters.ts`: antiforgery bootstrap on DemandMgmtSchedule, then GET `Incognito/GetDemandMgmtClusters?LoadShedGroupId=` for groups A–Y (concurrent, 15 min revalidate). Polygon points are discarded; only cluster and customer counts are kept. Seed fallback with isSeed honesty when CEB Care is unreachable. Indicative — confirm on cebcare.ceb.lk. Surfaced on `/economy` household energy.
