Methodology

Computed in `lanka-stress.ts` from FX anomaly (MAD-z), elevated flood station count, CEB power status, Met Dept warnings, landslide watch/warning districts, and optional dengue high-risk districts. Each component is 0–weight; sum capped at 100. Missing inputs score 0 and set isPartial. Surfaced on home via LankaStressCard and `GET /api/v1/stress`.
