Methodology

Lankawa reads the public lk_dmc landslide summary, then parses tip blocks.json (district names + Level 1/2/3 DSD cells by bbox) for watch/warning tiers. If the tip layout is missing or unparseable, a curated seed overlay is shown with explicit seed labels. Civic republish — not an official evacuation map. Always verify NBRO/DMC bulletins before acting.
