Methodology

Seed slabs curated from Gazette Extraordinary No. 2343/28 (effective 1 Aug 2023) Tariff Tables 01–02. Progressive m³ usage charge; service charge is the band for total monthly consumption; indicative 18% VAT on usage+service. Optional live POST to api_nwsdb/bill/BillCalculator for Calculation totals (CategoryId=1 Domestic, 30-day period). Response Tariff[].UnitRate fields are not used for ingest. Indicative only — not your NWSDB bill.
