Lankawa queries Aviation Edge timetable endpoint for CMB arrivals and departures with a 10s AbortController timeout. Filters SriLankan Airlines (UL) fleet separately. Falls back to a static seed when the AVIATION_EDGE_API_KEY env is absent or the upstream call fails. Delayed flights counted at >15 min threshold.
